Designing your Medical Destination
In today’s Medical Tourism field, outstanding medical treatments and surgeries, and competitive prices are not enough to attract clients from around the world. The competitive edge comes from being able to create a holistic experience based on a healing environment including support amenities, therapies, treatments and activities.
Medical Tourism patients must be treated like guests. Your success as a Medical Tourism provider resides in your ability to respond to the expectations of your targeted markets and clients.
The “corner stone” of this ability relies on the conception and design of your structure, to become a true Medical Destination.
The Design Process of a Medical Destination is based on five principles. Read more about the principles of medical destination conception and design here.
